Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new monthly and annual subscriptions if you have not utilised any of the content. If you have utilised any of the content, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team at support@datamasterylab.com with the subject line "Subscription Refund Request" and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • For monthly subscriptions: You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
  • For annual subscriptions: You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months in your subscription term, except under the 7-day money-back guarantee described above.

Individual Course Purchases

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For individual course purchases (not part of a subscription), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a course and have not utilised more than 10% of the course content, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund for an individual course purchase, please contact our support team at support@datamasterylab.com with the subject line "Course Refund Request" and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Exceptions and Limitations

The following exceptions and limitations apply to our refund policy:

  • Bundle or Package Purchases: Refunds for bundles or packages may be subject to different terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Special Promotions: Courses or subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion may have modified or excluded refund policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Course Completion: Refunds will not be issued for courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed or completed.
  • Subscription Renewal: No refunds will be provided for automatic subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews if you no longer wish to continue with the service.
  • Abuse of Refund Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar courses.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Bank fees or currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we may require additional information to process the refund through an alternative method.

If you are experiencing technical issues with our platform or a specific course, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many technical issues can be resolved quickly, allowing you to enjoy the courses you've purchased.

Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
